I like the complimentary colors and how you shaded the clothes and the blue light coming from the left.
the bobble on the end of the hat is distracting and the hands seem underdeveloped
but you said this was a speedpainting : ) good stuff

some of the face has details like wrinkles while the rest is very flat.

oh my god the face is fucking ballin!!!! I have so much respect for that because ive been trying to get faces down and they are incredibly hard.

Agree but perhaps if you look beyond the color and pose you'll discover a world of emotions hence the text.
i can tell theres a story here....lots of elements that makes me think theres a story going on. The characters are interacting with eachother and theres a mystery behind whats really going on.
but im not sure lol

you really guide the viewers eye around the piece. which is very hard to do!!
