this is well drawn yo! varied line thickness adds to the interesting factor. also eye contact was a good choice and pulled off well

Porn4Grim responds:

Thank you <3

SourCherryJack responds:

:DD

this is a nice drawing. good shading and well drawn features.
One thing my art teacher would always tell me is: darkest darks and lightest lights and everything in between. I dont see a lot of darkest darks but maybe that's just how the picture was. more darks would make it dramtic. but i also feel like it would take away from the dramatic eyes.

jhonatan520 responds:

Thanks! I was looking at a photo reference and I didnt find that much darkness on the picture. Maybe it was because of the lighting or maybe just an untrained eye haha I'll try to pay more attention to that stuff

right on! swerving on yourself will no doubt lead to a more full person. I like the warms and cools.
Fairytale Collab?

SourCherryJack responds:

I'm down dude!!

fully enjoyed ^_^

JozzyForge responds:

Ayy, thanks bae. ;D

I like the simplicity of the lines next to the complexity of the flowers. I like it when elements interact with in the piece and talk to eachother.

ScalesonAmoth responds:

I tried to keep the lines simple so it'd be easily transferred to skin since I didn't know who was going to put this on my sister's flesh. She was very specific about what she wanted and drawing two people walking away was way more difficult than you'd think. D: Those feet were the WORST part!!!

WOOOOOOORD wooooord word word word!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is so sick dude. Reminds me a lot of the old spawn comics. Which continues to be one of my main inspirations.
so effin good dude. there is so much depth to this piece, its really something that someone would want on their walls because I see something new the longer i look at it.

SourCherryJack responds:

Thanks man, Spawn has always been one of my favorites and is definitely an influence so you're spot on there. I may need to fish some of them out, it's been years,

Dude...how is this so good. you are only 20 you are going to be H.R. Giger by the time you are 30 dude. atleast. surrealism is my favorite favorite and i just love this for so many reasons. I like the two different themes smashed together and then blended. I like the shadows and enjoy the lines and how they all move together. Its very please and symmetrical.

good stuff yo!

SourCherryJack responds:

Thanks dude! All this praise is gonna give me a complex haha. I'm glad you commented on the symmetry though I usually shy away from using it because if the inherent static nature of symmetry can leave them looking s bit boring, but it's awesome to know that issue is overcome here. As always much appreciated.

digging the emotion and color contrast!

SourCherryJack responds:

Thanks dude, always great to see you still poking around here!

Rad, I like this one a lot too. it has very very convincing shines in its eye to the left. Impressive.

SourCherryJack responds:

Thanks man, I'm honored that someone with your mad ink skills find mine so appealing.
