The depth and how massive things are comes accross perfectly.
maybe its your shading! im not sure but its really effective

I feel, if it isn't the shading, it's the sense of scale of everything — everything would look about human height until we start looking at the human characters... and just how small they are. The vat is huge by comparison. 😮
