Amzing work dude.
it spoke of artists' block in the most mystical way possible.
I also found it inspiring that whenever a situation looked hopeless the character's perseverance shone through and made me feel hopeful.
thanks for this.

thanks for this.
He was also a little bit lucky, though. Who knew that the apple pip would sprout when he gave up on it? Not him.
so...
is this yours to post, even if you gave credits?
it's good to put something on your ng page so we know you didn't just steal this.
if so then i enjoyed the animation and the sounds etc.
Yes, I created the characters and concepts, produced and paid for this animation.
haha
yep
this was good.
the animation was great.
voice acting great.
and the song about loving stairs was either a really good find, or also a great creation
cheers/
I'm glad you liked it! I made the stair song, and was thinking about making it longer but didn't get around to it.
YAY!!!!
best thing ive seen all weekend.
thanks for posting this.
very smooth animation.
nice use of sfx.
That's very flattering!
the sound effects took a week to do. most of it is from Freesound.org, but i did some foley in there too.
nice
when the bass player dropped in and he was black hahaha
syncing with the sound dude.
cool
Lol someone in my class said the same thing about him being black
nice
i like the surrealness of it all.
the room and the window are all great metaphors. But it would help to develop it a little bit more. The contrasting colors, red and black, those are good ways of getting a stroy across.
some of the frames had white slivers, like your pictures were not big enough and it let a little of the background showing.
a good way of preventing that is to upload it to your, "Dumping grounds" to see if it all pans out correctly.
thanks for the hint
sure sure
it looked really simple and easy to make.
but it was a good ad.
the list took a little long.
and the peace sign confused me, because i ussually see it like this: http://bplteenblog.files.wordpress.co m/2009/10/peace-sign.jpg
i think your peace sign was a mercedes logo?
i dunno.
also i think the "drug" aspect was capitalized when you were listing how coffee makes you feel.
i could have replace coffee with weed and it would have worked.
Thanks, fixed the peace sign.
Also, it is part of advertising to tell the audience how to feel I guess. Plus, if you knew the store, it is very "homey" and they will do there best to let you feel loved and cared for. Learned a lot of interesting things like that from this class. Thanks for the input.
nice
this is a great animation
good storytelling and agnles.
this is a college project?
Thanks. Yeah it's for a 2D animation module at university :P
good
i like the whole series of hippie stuff you've got.
I like how something that most people take as a form of weakness or embarrassment, and you show how powerful you think it is/ or should be.
great work man

Well, it's not quite all what I want to say. You see: recent days I had a lot of talk and conversation with hippies and former hippies, and I found out that a lot of them are truly peace-loving nice people, very psychedelic - BUT there are also many people who claim themselves hippies, although they are nothing like what hippies were standing for: hypocritical, cruel, closed-minded, and afraid of everything that is new and progressive. This is the hypocrisy I'm trying to show in thees series, and not only that, but all kinds of hypocrisy.
